One cookie that remembers the country you chose, the sign-in that keeps you in the office app, and the checks that keep robots out. No analytics, no advertising and no tracking.
1. What this covers
Cookies are small pieces of text a website stores in your browser. This policy also covers the other places a browser can keep things — local storage and IndexedDB — because the law treats them the same way. It is issued by Jobiit Technologies Limited, trading as Tradrbox, covers tradrbox.com and the office app at app.tradrbox.com, and should be read with our privacy notice.
2. What we store, all of it strictly necessary
Each of these makes the Service do something you asked for, or keeps it secure, and needs no consent.

The pages a business’s customers open from its emails — answering a quote, for example — store nothing at all. Without the country cookie, the root of the site may suggest a country from where our hosting says your connection comes from; that suggestion is worked out as the page loads and nothing is kept.
The field app for phones keeps the records its work needs on the phone itself, which the privacy notice describes.
3. What we do not use
No analytics. No advertising or marketing cookies. No tracking pixels, no cross-site tracking, no fingerprinting for advertising, no testing or heat-map scripts, no social media widgets and no chat widgets. The website uses the fonts already on your device. The only third-party software it loads is Firebase Authentication on the pages that sign you in, Turnstile on the signup form, and reCAPTCHA Enterprise where App Check is switched on — which is why there is no cookie banner: nothing here needs your consent.
4. Your choices
- Your browser can block or delete cookies and site storage, for this site or any other. Deleting the
countrycookie only means you are asked to choose a country again. - Blocking the rest will stop the office app keeping you signed in, and may stop the signup form completing its check.
- Signing out of the office app removes its sign-in session from your browser.
5. Changes, and contact
If we ever want to store something that needs your consent — analytics, say — we will ask first, and change this policy before we do; the date at the top changes whenever it does. Questions to privacy@tradrbox.com.
