Which country is the business registered in?

It is chosen because you came from the site for Ireland. Change it if the business is registered in the United Kingdom.

The country cannot be changed once the business is set up. A business set up in the wrong country has to close its account and sign up again.

Northern Ireland is part of the United Kingdom here. Work across the border is fine either way.
